Manage the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the candidate is expected to be able to work both in office and warehouse.
1.Manage the daily sorting operations and achieve expected KPI in regarding with cost, efficiency and quality.
2.Organizes pick-up/delivery activites on a daily basis, monitoring delivery progress and improve existing SOP to improve delivery efficiency .
3.Handles all DSP pickup/delivery related matters.Manage the drivers and be responsible for the scheduling work.
4.Communicates with station personnel or customers as to estimated time of arrival and other related questions or concerns.
5.Remains knowledgeable on city geography and traffic flow so that directions to customer locations can be provided as needed.
6.May be required to perform other duties as assigned
