Clay City CUSD #10 is seeking a dedicated and passionate 5th-12th Grade Band & Music Teacher to lead and develop our instrumental and general music program. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging instruction, foster musical growth, and promote a love for music.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the 5th-12th grade band program, including rehearsals and performances.
- Teach general music classes as assigned.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with state music standards.
- Organize and lead concerts, pep band, and other performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student success.
- Maintain instruments, equipment, and music library.
