Clay City CUSD #10 is seeking a dedicated and innovative High School ELA Teacher to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering engaging instruction in literature, writing, speaking, and critical analysis to high school students. The ideal candidate will inspire a passion for reading and writing, support diverse learners, and prepare students for academic and real-world success.
Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements
- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum, literary analysis, and writing instruction
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
