We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team and help support the operational backbone of our business.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is extremely hardworking, structured, and eager to learn how a fast-growing e-commerce company operates from the inside.
You will begin by mastering the operational systems that power our inventory and product flow. Over time, strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into larger roles supporting live sales operations, sales strategy, and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Your initial focus will be learning the operational systems that power our business.
Responsibilities include:
• Authenticating incoming designer handbags and accessories
• Processing and cataloging new inventory into internal systems
• Organizing and maintaining inventory storage
• Preparing products for live sales and product listings
• Photographing products for product listings
• Supporting operational logistics during live sales
• Ensuring inventory organization and accuracy
This role involves hands-on work with physical inventory and requires someone who can execute structured processes with precision and consistency.

Qualifications
Preferred but NOT required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, inventory, or operations
• Interest in fashion, luxury goods, or resale markets
• Experience with inventory systems or product operations
What matters most is work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.
