Mark Miller Subaru is seeking a dynamic Content and Creative Specialist with a talent for creating visually engaging, smart, witty, and trendy content across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content creation and brand consistency, ensuring our dealership’s message is unified and impactful across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate is a creative, intelligent, and resourceful professional with a strong mix of traditional and digital marketing capabilities. Partnering closely with the Marketing Director and other key stakeholders, you will drive the development and execution of effective content strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our community.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all content platforms.
- Social Media Management: Maintain social media presence across primary channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
- Video Strategy: Execute on social media video strategy, including pre-recorded and live videos.
- Video Creation Assistance: facilitate relationships with video vendors and help direct commercial-worthy content for important sales events.
- Graphic Design Support: Design graphics and visuals for social media, website, and other marketing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with the dealership’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or 3+ years of content marketing and graphic design experience.
- Strong computer skills with Google Office Suite (Sheets, docs, Slides), Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), and website platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Expertise in social media analytics across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing social media channels.
- Video and photography skills (Premiere Pro).
- A creative flair and a strong sense of humor.
