Opportunity
Natec USA is seeking a motivated and reliable Repair Technician to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in technical maintenance, with the potential to move into a full-time Field Service Technician role.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair customer parts used in food-making machinery. Replace or fix defective components to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Rapidly identify the source of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or electronic control system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to Natec company policies and safety standards.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and customers.
Skills and Abilities (Required)
- Self-Discipline & Independence: Highly driven, able to work independently, and manage tight deadlines when necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a technical field or actively pursuing a degree/certificate in a technical discipline. Comfortable use of hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical Requirements: Able to perform physical tasks, including occasionally lifting equipment over 50 lbs.
Compensation and Rewards:
- Pay: $18–24 per hour, based on skill level and experience.
