Youth & Community Education Coordinator (Remote)

Location: Remote (United States Only)
Hours: Part-Time, 10–15 hours per week
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Position Overview
The Youth & Community Education Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and delivery of educational programs for youth and community members within a growing safety training and education company. This role is ideal for individuals seeking either internship experience or an entry-level opportunity in education, community outreach, or program coordination.
Working directly with the CEO, this position will help expand access to safety training, first aid education, and community-based programming. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with youth, education, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Support
Assist in developing youth and community education programs
Help create lesson plans, activities, and educational materials
Support expansion of safety training offerings for different age groups
Community Outreach
Assist in outreach to schools, camps, youth organizations, and community groups
Help build partnerships with local organizations and programs
Support communication with community partners
Training & Education Support
Assist in coordinating and supporting training sessions
Help ensure materials and resources are prepared for programs
Support instructors and program facilitators as needed
Program Coordination
Help schedule programs, trainings, and events
Track participation, feedback, and program outcomes
Assist in organizing logistics for virtual or in-person programming (if applicable)
Engagement & Communication
Support communication with participants, families, and organizations
Help promote programs through outreach and basic marketing efforts
Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside within the United States
Currently enrolled in OR recently completed a degree in Education, Youth Development, Public Health, Communications, or related field OR seeking entry-level experience in education/program coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
Experience working with youth, camps, schools, or community programs
Background in first aid, safety training, or health education
Interest in teaching, program development, or community outreach
Strong organizational and planning skills
