Spanish Teacher-Elementary

St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Waverly, Iowa has an opening for full-time Spanish Teacher for the 2025-26 school year, beginning August 19. Be attentive to the Iowa Foreign Language Standards and implement PS-6th grade Spanish Curriculum. Utilize technology to streamline and enhance instruction and student learning. Provide effective communication. Consistency in developing mutual respect while following our Fruit Values Accountability System. Ability to assist students in developing confidence, leadership, responsibility, respect for others and cooperative skills. Support the students through academic and faith-based learning growth opportunities. Assist in providing a safe and secure classroom community accepting diverse learners. Have knowledge to follow biblical principles, lead students in prayer, and nurture students in the development of faith based character. Be a positive role model and encourage freedom with responsibility, assessing on the go and continually evaluating learning.
