Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-2 design projects and client relationships
- Produce and present design concepts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and materials selections
- Oversee product sourcing, quoting, and procurement by others
- Lead client meetings and project status updates with support of Lead Designer or Founder
- Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Meet established productivity goals, including assigned billable hour targets
- Maintain project files and documentation in Studio Designer and Google Suite
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design
- Mastery of Revit/SketchUp/AutoCAD, Studio Designer (or similar), and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
