Assist Project Manager with:
- Tracking & Reporting: Utilize the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Review and become familiar with project budgets, job numbers, phase numbers, and project cost control.
- Scheduling: Help build and maintain master schedule, coordinate all site testing and surveying, Take-off and order concrete, and maintain all permits within Procore.
- Purchasing: Initiate and establish local vendors
- Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Procore for uploading all required forms, Redline drawings with craft Superintendent, Generate R.F.I.’s
- Subcontracts: Create and send out bid packages, create contracts, coordinate and oversee all subcontracted work, and create punch lists.
