This position is responsible for assisting with the oversight and leadership of the Hiring Team that is responsible for hiring and placement of high-volume part-time roles for the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex. This includes ensuring service standards are being met, continual training of hiring team members is occurring, and daily operational needs of the hiring team are being fulfilled.
Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):
Coordinate and conduct interviews via phone, video, or in person, for part-time seasonal positions at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.*
Complete daily tasks such as updating records in Applicant Tracking System, coordinating interview notes, and disseminating information from hiring team reports.*
Assist with the training, coaching, and development of the part-time seasonal team members on the Hiring Team. Coordinate schedules to ensure interview coverage.*
Ensure proper procedures are followed and provide continuous feedback to team members.*
Assist with the preparation and coordination of, as well as attend on-site job fairs, interview sessions, and recruiting events.*
Partner with the recruitment team on all hiring initiatives for Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.*
Assist in driving applicants to the operation’s biggest needs during the interview process.*
Partner with the HR support center to assist in the onboarding of team members at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.*
Assist in seasonal event set-up and other themed projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Industry Experience – Amusement Park, Human Resources, Hospitality/Tourism
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid Drivers’ License
Completion of high school or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous high-volume interviewing experience preferred
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Skilled in the use of Google Suite programs, including Docs and Sheets.
Proficient in working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
